Based on Marvel’s most unconventional anti-hero, Deadpool tells the origin story of Wade Wilson, a former special forces operative turned mercenary who, after being subjected to a cruel experiment to cure his cancer, gains rapid healing powers and adopts the alter ego of Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool sets out to hunt down the man who almost destroyed his life.
